Slow operation and frozen screen

Hello todays problem is related to freeze of screen. From time to time which is quite often when I click on key frame tick box. Rhino freze completely. sometimes it comes to life but most of the time i need to reload the file. I am working with a 1.3 GB file. I close auto save and reduced number of undo redo. But persistently rhino freze because of Bongo.

Is there a solution for this

Is there any IK (inverse kinematics) in your model?

No there is no. But I have too many solids moving around.

as if there is some kind of buffer or auto save interfering. But I closed auto save and limit the undo.
