Slooooow saves over network

I am experiencing really slow saves onto a NAS though an apple MacMini server.

I have tested another file of the same size and it takes 5 seconds opposed to over 1 minute.

The files aren’t big,50 meg, No materials,Just geometry and layouts.

Hi Jason - do you mean a file that is not a 3dm file? Do all Rhino files of the same size(ish) show the delay? Is it faster if you SaveSmall?

The files are 3dm,It is slightly faster if i savesmall but not much.

Initial save was 1:41
after purge save took1:28
save small on the same file was 1:23
uploading the file now.
