well , those frame hanging from up and will be lock in male/female at sides ,the weight will be carry on below ball/rail. railing system could be buy every where but ,you may lose money at your first attempt since it need CAD to make it perfect fit or if you wanna add lock else you ask from a nearby blacksmith.
FYI its rare to see homie change rail location regularly. don’t waste their money too 
BTW since vertical line will make space more like jail then in your example they choose the opposite way , horizontal line , try some more creative pattern instead, search “force field” in discourse.
P.S. you could add your .gh file while asking people and show what you have done by far .
