Slicing a volume relative to a curved surface

Hi,

I would like to slice a 3D volume according to a curved surface instead of a 2D plan. Does it possible to do it with Rhino?
Here is an example of what I want to do:

I have a curve.

I have a body.

I want to slice and extract geometries resulted from the intersction bewteen the body and the curve:

Thank you in advance

The “curve” in your upper image looks like a surface…You can just use Intersect with it and the body to get a “slice” (curves). If you need to have multiple slices you could use OffsetSrf for example to offset the slicing surface at regular intervals, then Intersect those with the main body.

If you can determine a specific projection plane, you could also project a curve or a series of offset curves horizontally onto the body to get your slices.

Hi Helvetosaur

Thank you for your reply. Indeed it is a surface not a curve…
I will try it like that and be back if not suceed!
