# Skilled Rhino user needed for house design

I’m looking for someone to create elevations and renderings for a house I’m hoping to build in Big Bear CA. It will be elliptical, 44x70’, 8’ vertical walls with an elliptically domed roof. I can go over more details with you later. I need these to show the HOA architectural committee. If they are approved, I will need more detailed plans to present to the county. Hi everyone,

I am looking to hire a freelance architecture student or recent graduate who is highly proficient in Rhino 3D to create professional, clean elevation renderings for a proposed residential house project.

**Project Details:**

- **Scope:** Model and generate clean exterior architectural elevation renderings based on initial design sketches and structural proposals.

- **Software Requirements:** High proficiency in Rhino (v7 or v8). Knowing basic rendering workflows within Rhino or attached plugins is a major plus.

- **Location:** Fully remote / flexible.

**Compensation & Timeline:**

- **Pay Rate:** To be determined (TBD) based on your experience level and portfolio strength.

- **Timeline:** Flexible, to be coordinated upon hire.
