Six lobes, 3 radius, inclined background bitmap. How to build it?

Hi,

I need some tips. I’m trying to build this inclined background bitmap but I need a front view of it. Any help is welcome. I understand there are 6 curves with 3 different radii. It seems each curve begins and is finished in the purple line.
