Single Click to maximise is not limited to viewport title, but whole viewport button including the drop down menu arrow. See attached video

Our bug reports are generally open to the public so that anyone can check the status.
This is currently on the “Future” list:
This means that, today, this issue is not being considered for any upcoming Rhino 8 releases. The release target is frequently changed, though.

Him Wim, this is extremely annoying bug, which kills single click to maximise feature completely. Bug was reported 10 weeks ago during WIP/Beta stage, it was not fixed and final RH8 was released with this known bug. It’s quite confusing to know, that final versions of Rhino v8 (and same behaviour was noticed in v7) are releasing with know bugs and there is no ETA for fixing them.
Rhino was solid piece of software in the v2-5. But the actual internal strategy to release major versions quicker than before produces heavy bugged tool, where the beta versions are released as final and some bugs fixes are postponed through major version (eg full rich text support from v7 to v9?).
