Simple Question: Where Did My Top Toolbar Go?

I was doing some work in Rhino and found mid-process that the top toolbar vanished as you can see in the screenshot below. This toolbar includes: File, Edit, View, Curve, Surface, Solid, Mesh, Dimension, Transform, Tools, Analyze, Render, Render, Panels and Help.

Also my lower toolbar which contains: Grid Snap, Ortho, Planar, Osnap, Smarttrack, Gumball, Record, Filter is also no longer available.

How do I restore these toolbars?

The command “ToolbarReset” did not help.

The control is in Options > Appearance.
There’s a series of check boxes for things like that.
