I have made this sketch and i am trying to make it in rhino and i am not getting any where,
Each thick line represents a panel overlapping one another. it is not twisted just curved to the top

Hello - the most straightforward way, I suppose, is to make one of these slices by lofting two simple curves together and then then use Gumball with Alt to copy and orient the slice into position, then continue to manipulate these in place by point editing, Gumball-ing, etc.

I have tried doing that, no success mind showing me a sample? or any relevant example out there?

Hi Nahel - Iām only guessing a little from the sketch and screen shot but it may be that you already have got as far as I am suggesting - here is a very quick and incomplete screen grab of how you might go about this-
