Sidebar containers fade when mouse is not actively on top of them

Help! My sidebar containers like properties and layers fade and close when my mouse isn’t actively on top of them. How do I turn this off?

Hi Avery -

There’s a “toggle sidebar visibility” button on the status bar at the bottom of collapsed sidebars.
