Side panels of Rhino 7 UI are re-arranging themselves on every open

Hi! I have edited my UI to look like this:

Rhino layout I want1920×1040 183 KB

Every time I open up rhino 7 again, it sets it to this:

Rearranged
Rearranged1920×1040 190 KB

Why might it do this?
Quick note: the selection filter and osnap only get switched around sometimes.

I have looked at another forum post in an attempt to figure out the issue but with no results:

I only have one rui file, and I am on a dual monitor setup, with my main monitor not being the screen of my laptop. I have no default template set. Here are my system details.

Have you tried setting Rhino to run as Administrator…

Hi, yes I have set it to run as admin, but the issue persists.
