Side-dock the Command Line/Options?

Hi everyone, been looking all over for how to do this; in several tutorial vids I’ve seen what appears to be the Command Line and it’s Options(specific to the command) displayed vertically/side-docked to the left of the Main Display window. Example:

Rectangle

•3Point
•Vertical
•Center
•AroundCurve
•Rounded

See what I mean? It’s a better view of a command and its options displayed in a side-docked menu. Under Toolbar Options menu everything else seems to be listed but this…how can I set this up? If appreciate any help, thx

Hello - the Mac version displays the command options vertically on the left but on Windows you only get side to side.
