Show Safe Frame

Is there a way to show and hide the Safe frame by code?

At the moment the C# API is not public. I will check out and see what we can do to make it public. I will write back when I have more information.

I have created a YT issue about this and assigned it to me. https://mcneel.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/RH-65788

I will make it public in Rhino 7.x branch which currently is v7.12.

I have now implemented this. The Rhino.Render.SafeFrame will be available in Rhino v7.12.
