Show Curve edit points not working Sub group of contour curves

The Show curve edit points will nedt select a section of curves and I have not been able to figure out why. The curves are all contour lines and I have them all on the same layer, but when I selct all or that sub section and click Show Curve Edit Points nothing happens. I would like to have the entire land form as points.

Hello - please select one or two of these and export them to a new file, and post that here, I’ll take a look.
