We intend for the tool to create 3D surface models using ONLY basic information found on a typical commercial ship’s Capacity Plan as discussed in the Work Statement. I can’t directly answer your questions, but you can email any that you have to the contracting officer listed by 25-June and we will answer them as part of the solicitation process.
