Just trying to upload some Grasshopper scripts on Shapediver, but it keeps getting stuck at “copying settings”. This is for a new upload and not copying settings from a previous model.
Also I don’t quite get the previous model dropdown. Why can’t I see all my previous uploads?
I managed to upload one file and if I try the re-upload functionality it also gets stuck at “copying settings” forever.
Any solutions?
I also keep getting the warning:
“We are sorry, due to a technical problem we could not load analytics for the requested period. Please reload the page.”
It is shown for about 3 seconds and then disappears. I get it on every reload.
Oh, I think I see what the problem is. There are 3 cross-site trackers running on shapediver and you have to allow them. If you block them it gets stuck.
You should probably have some fallbacks so that even with disabled cross-site trackers the website works properly. I appreciate you want to run analytics, but I prefer running a browser with cross-site tracking disabled.

The issue is linked to the latest update of the platform which we released today. It only affects new models, existing models are not affected. We have just released a patch for this problem which should fix all issues, please try again and let us know if you still experience problems.
