The latest version of the ShapeDiver plug-in contains all the utilities to help you texturize your models. You can see some examples here.
ShapeDiver supports scalable vector graphics (svg). Unlike bitmap images, vector-based images can be scaled and distorted without deteriorating their quality. They are particularly well- suited for parametric modeling.

Estis, a French startup that designs and builds customized wooden furniture with locally-sourced materials, recently went live with a 3D product configurator, which they built by integrating ShapeDiver.
Their first creation, Portee, is a flexible shelf system designed for record collections. The 3D product configurator lets customers pick shelves tailored to their needs.

ShapeDiver is a web service for publishing parametric 3D data. It is run by ShapeDiver GmbH, a limited liability company registered in Vienna, Austria. Alexander Schiftner, Mathias Höbinger and Mathieu Huard founded it in 2015.
