Legacy billing which allowed 10 domains now only allows 1 domain at embedding on the white list and won’t let ne add a local domain, when i try to save i get the message that my account only allows 1 domain, this is on a padi legacy account that always allowed 10 domains and unlimited local domains.
dear @jaybee63 - what s the context of your question ? Rhino Licensing ? Rhino Compute Server ? or something completely of rhino’s topic ? how to repeat your error ? cheers - tom
Its with regards to Shapediver, i need to apologise as i thought id posted to the shapediver section, I have now corrected this.

Local hostnames like `127.0.0.1:3000` or `localhost:8080` don’t count towards the limit, you can add as many as you wish.
We will be in touch to resolve the issue around the domain limit.

Hi Ezequiel, I sent an email but have not received a reply. My Pro legacy account still states that it allows only 1 domain to be whitelisted (I know local domains are unlimited).
I seem to have 2 logins, sorry if this has caused confusion but I’ve given details of the Shapediver account in my email.
Can I bump this as the issue still exists and I’ve had no response from Shapediver apart from in this thread asking me to email which I’ve done and received no response.
In the past support has always been excellent so not sure what’s happening.
