ShapeDiver Desktop Client Link Dead?

Hello,

The links for the ShapeDiver Desktop client application yield an Access Denied 403 error message.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

<RequestId>[16-character CAPS string]</RequestId>
<HostId>[76-character string]</HostId>
</Error>

Conceivably this is due to my firewall settings, though I don’t think so. This is true of both the Mac and Windows links, for versions 1.17.0 and 1.16.0.
