Your account gives you access to the ShapeDiver server system that includes the Pro version of Karamba as well as the Beaver plugin, you should therefore already be able to upload models including Beaver components. For information, you can always check the list of plugins installed on the servers and the supported versions from your dashboard.
Please get in touch with the Beaver team if you need help setting up your models, as not all Beaver components are compatible with cloud usage.
Mathieu,
I’ve just tried to upload a model and received the following upload errors,

It seems you have uploaded your model on the wrong backend system. Please switch to the sddev3 backend (which includes the right version of Karamba) and try again.
Matthew,
I tried the different backend but still no luck. See the versions of Beaver and Karamba I’m using,

Mattew, has there been any update on this question?

My apologies for the late answer about this topic. This situation looks to be quite mysterious, because it seems that your definition makes use of two different versions of Karamba. Additionally, both version are too recent for the servers, which only have version Karamba3D 2.2.0.10-220113 installed.
Please try to clean up your Karamba installation and install a version compatible with the server (the one I listed above would be ideal). We are currently working with the Karamba team to get an up-to-date version running, but this involves licensing and deployment issues that need to be ironed out.
If the problem persists after the steps above, please send a .ghx example file which causes issues when trying to upload to ShapeDiver.
Thanks, Mattieu, will do. The Shapediver list of plugins gives the .14 version of Karamba as acceptable!
