As you can see in the shaded view, some edges look like intersecting with each other sometimes but I’m sure they don’t and it is little bit confusing when working on the model.How can I solve this issue?

That’s a visual “effect” which is caused by the fact that the rendering of the surface edges uses a certain thickness so that you can see them in the viewport. This is why sometimes the surface edges may appear as if they are closer to the camera than their central (zero) line. It’s inevitable, because they have thickness, and as we know, thickness means increased size. If your surface edges are being displayed with, say, 2 pixels width, then they will appear in the viewport 1 pixel wider than their actual shape.
