Shaded mode

I’m having a weird problem in Rhino 8, I’m rebuilding a surface and nothing happens…
No division of the surface.
I do the same thing in Rhino 5 and Rhino 7, it works.
Show Isocurves in shaded properties is active.

As you can see, Rhino surface shows no division, once I convert to SubD, divisions are visible…
is this a glitch in R*?

Hi José -

Hard to tell from an image.
I think you are running into the “Show for flat faces” issue. Is that option checked in your display mode?

Here the problem is more visible. Curved surfaces show the iso, but not the flat ones.

That setting is not on that page.
I only have my Mac available at this point and settings are in different place. You need to look at the “Objects” page, or the “Surface” page under that.

Perfect, it worked.
It was active till yesterday… weird things that happen with Rhino sometimes.
