Setting up colors to multiple curves

Hello everyone,
Is there a way to assign a color and classify each section of these split curves in GH?

This is the file with everything internalized:

I would appreciate any help
Thank you,
Alex.

Your objective isn’t clear to me at all? But I had no trouble splitting curves or lofted surfaces using your list of 17 rectangular, horizontal surfaces… Depending on what you want to do, though, maybe it works better to use only five of the 17 cutter surfaces?

P.S. Maybe this?

P.P.S. I tried many different ways of organizing the split curves and wasn’t satisfied with any of them. So I went back to splitting lofted surfaces and created a special color widget (white group) to illustrate the result. Maybe there’s a way to work backward from this to organize the split curves?

NOTE: I tried applying the modified color scheme of version ‘C’ (white group) to the split curves in version ‘B’ and it appears to be correct for half the geometry… I hate to admit I don’t know what’s wrong? It’s a data tree issue.

Hey Joseph — Thank you very much for your help.
There are some very useful insights in your definition.

Thank you
In the following images you can see the final goal.

You can define your own list of colors by replacing the yellow group.

OH! I forgot… I reduced the number of curves to 90, from 373 that you were using. You can bump that back up without affecting the algorithm.

I just realized what was wrong with my curves. Very silly mistake — No bugs.

Your solution for the colors is on point.
I appreciate you taking the time.

Thank you for your help Joseph.
