Setting parallel perspective orientation?

Hi. I am trying to match the parallel camera from rhino to one I am working on in Illustrator.
Should I do this from the X Y Z Camera location slots? If I input values in x, y and z …I only get the camera to pan in the viewport.
But If I rotate the camera, then I can actually change the angle of my parallel grid. The strange thing is that when I rotate the camera it changes the values of the x, y and z location values, but If I manually input values, then is just a panning.

Do you know how to have better control of the angle of the parallel view without using the mouse, but by actually input manually the values.

Thank you

Hello - I am not sure I follow completely, but you can set both camera and target locations from the keyboard if you have the coordinates available.
