Do you mean the color of the crossing selection rectangle that appears when you drag from left-down or right-up?

It would be great to be able to change this, as making dark themes yourself becomes a problem. Pascal suggested elsewhere to look to Windows to change this, but not sure where to look? Tried changing the standard windows marquee color in registry, but this does nothing. The behaviour of the marquee in Rhino is “advanced” in the way it changes color according to underlying elements. In my case, I would like to have a backround of 127 127 127. This makes the marquee practically invisible on viewport background. But when the marquee overlays something red - it turns blue. And overlaying somthing blue - it turns yellow. Thats pretty smart - just not with the viewport background. Is the changing colors of marquee Windows behaviour?
