Set Explicit On/Off State for _GumballAutoReset

Hi, is it possible to explicitly set the state of GumballAutoReset to either On or Off? Many commands already have these options, such as Gumball , AutoAlignCPlane , SmartTrack , SetPlanar .

It could be implemented with On and Off options like this;

RH-83750 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 13
