Set and F key to toggle Osnaps

I’d like to set a F Key to toggle Osnaps on and off. In my AutoCAD F3 toggles it on and off. I tried in Rhino, but it doesn’t toggle on/off, it calls up the Osnap options.

Try assigning the DisableOsnap command to the Function key, and pass it the Toggle command line option, like this:

'_DisableOsnap T
