SelGroup brings up a dialogue listing all groups by their assigned number - but is there a command to select all groups in a file? Like SelHatch, but for Groups. I’m looking to do this in V8, V7 and V5 if possible.

slightly off topic, but you can also name your groups, I find this incredibly useful
