If you are reporting a bug, it helps to:
Check if you are running the latest Service Release
Make a single topic for each issue
Run _SystemInfo in Rhino and paste the result in the topic.
Send in a sample file that shows the issue whenever possible, even if it appears to happen ‘always’.
Provide step by step instructions how to reproduce the issue
This allows us to help you faster and will make it easier to log and track bugs
