Selection Filter on 4K monitor

This looks similar to what I posted awhile back with my 4K screen and 225% scaling. I think the toolbar stuff is buggy on 4K screens.

Toolbar Buttons: why the macro display in "menu"?

Here is the result from my other machine: Dropdown (flyout): [DropdownTB] Pulled out (tear-off) [FullTB] The above mess is on a laptop with a 4K screen and 225% display scaling. It will be the subject of another bug report.
