Hello! I want to select a line behind an object, print, and have that line “appear” in front of the object (despite being behind it). In Rhino 7, I was able to achieve that by selecting the line in a detail view and printing. The print preview in Rhino 7 will show the line. In Rhino 8 however, doing that same sequence of selecting the line and trying to print does not yield the same result - it seems that executing the print command deselects all active selections which can be confirmed by looking at the print preview. Is there any way around this? Thank you! I have attached a .3dm file from both Rhino 7 and Rhino 8 of the same setup.

Select Rhino 8.3dm (129.1 KB)
Hi Carlos -
Yes, you can select that curve in the detail and run BringToFront
. Then print.
You can then use Undo
to reverse the bringing to the front…
