Select Similar/ Select All of same

I think this is simple but I’ve tried googling it a few times to no avail. With a block selected “SelSim” or “SelSameBlock” or something to the like would select all instances of the same block. I do this often to isolate all instances but have to go through the blockman :frowning: Has anyone written a similar utility before? Extra Selection commands are lovely.

Hi Alexander,

Did you try: -SelBlockInstanceNamed > SelectBlockToMatch command?
It does not work with preselected block but this way you can a bunch and all of their instances will get selected.
It is macroable / scriptable for sure to make it work with preselection, I think.
