Is there any way to selecting visible objects only? In Pen/Artistic modes with direct selection mode (cmd+shif+LMB) selects curves and surfaces hidden behind visible geometry. Active osnap causes snapping to 2D lines covered by modeled solids too. This is quite confusing.Thanks
Hi. Probably, when the filter function will be introduced in the selections, this will improve situations of “confusion”. In the meantime, you can try a few things that I do and see if you can help 1) disable the snap locked objects and lock all objects that are not needed at that time 2) use the command “select visible” (only on surfaces and polysurfaces) 3) use groups in a creative way (namely to prevent the selection of the confusion situations).
