Select layer by print width

Once you run the script, you will get a dialog with all the Layer Print Widths present in the document. You can select multiple ones. Now there are 2 options: if you just click OK, it will highlight all these layers in the Layers Panel. If you hold down SHIFT while clicking OK, you will get a prompt to enter new width instead and skip the layer highlighting process.
