Select component and modify the color or material

Hi there,

I hope to make a customized jewelry interface, including 2 steps as below:

(1) Selecting the component first, there are 10 components can be selected.

(2) Secondly, base the component which selected, and then change the colors/materials

I would like to ask this effect can be done in Shape Diver?

If my requirement is replace the entire model by consumers , and then modify the detail, is that possible?
How can I create options of the interface ?(component options/color options/material options/zoom in and out…)
