SelDup ignores weights

This occurs in 7.25.22326.19001, 2022-11-22 and 8.0.23010.12305, 2023-01-10.

I duplicated the bug. SelDup has a similar bug but only selects 3 of the 4 curves and 3 of the 4 surfaces.

This results in fundamentally erroneous results and should be fixed in V7.
