SelBoundary and groups

Hi,

I find myself using SelBoundary quite a lot lately.
However there is a shortcoming that hinders my workflow:
SelBoundary respects groups

If SelBoundary would have an additional setting to respect groups yes/no
it would allow for existing groups to remain while still being able to select certain members with SeBoundary tool.

Thanks for the feature request, do you have a simple file you could upload that helps show the need? I’ll get it filed after I’m sure I understand.

Hi Willem - a workaround until we sort out what, if anything, to do here, is to switch Filter to SubObjects and use Ctrl-Shift click to select the boundary curve.
