Sectional Tool is not precise

Hi guys, I was trying to make a 3d sectional view of a model using plug-in Sectional Tools. Everything worked fine until exporting the layout into PDF.

There were some surfaces left outside the sectional cut. These extra edges are neither seen on Rhino model space and layouts, but only on exported PDF.
