Seam Adjustment Issue

Hello,

I am looking at adjusting the seam of the two offset breps. I am using a surface to intersect with the curves that I want to adjust the seam. I have used this method previously, and it has always worked; however, today, for some reason, it just won’t work. If anyone finds something, can anyone please explain why this function is suddenly misbehaving?

The wanted seam is highlighted by the blue line, and the current seam is pointed by the yellow arrow.

Use Unsplit loft from pufferfish

Better yet, do it without any plugins. More people will be able to execute your code - and you’re likely to learn more about GH in the process. And by the way, I don’t read icons either.

Pufferfish is a must-have free plugin. If someone does not have it, he simply presses “install missing plug-ins” button. If vanila grasshopper is so good why it does not have all those useful components? Some people just want to have their job done.

Pufferfish is a must-have free plugin.

I’ve never used it. Nothing against Puffefish (or other useful plugins like Anemone) but I understand GH better without using them.

The two plugins I mentioned are still present so the updated GH file is USELESS

Something like that.
But it seems to me that the last curve do not have the same direction.

What rhino version are you using? It seems your grasshopper is older version. Looking at your screenshot, it seems two last curves are not sorted correctly. I don’t have this issue, and For me regular loft works too, if align sections in loft settings is turned off.
