Scroll bar, accept, and cancel in V6's Block Edit dialog box

The vertical scroll bar in V5’s Block Edit dialog box only applies to the block tree, but in V6, all the controls are scrolled, requiring a scroll to the end to access the OK button. Please make OK always be visible. Also, in V5, when the Block Edit dialog box is active, pressing Enter and Esc will accept and cancel the dialog, respectively, but this doesn’t work in V6.
