Scale UVN in Serengeti issues when selecting all points

I have found scale UVN, particularly scaling using Normal slider very helpful for “offsetting” more involved surfaces in Rhino 8.

In the Rhino WIP when I select all points, none of the UVN sliders do anything. Works as expected when I have selected any number of points less than all points.
