Having upgraded to rhino 8 I files will no longer save to the server I work from.
This happened when I upgraded to 7 and then at some point started to work after an up date.
Does anybody know if this issue is being looked at.

Is there any error message when this happens?
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

Yes rhino 7 works fine.
There is a possibility that the sever is not allowing Rino 8 to make the temporary save folder and that I need to tell the server to give permission. Not really sure and cant quite remember the detail of how V7 resolved. It was a long time ago! I have asked our IT department if this could be the case.

to answer the second question
There is no error - Rhino just becomes unresponsive and I have to force quit it.

Please check the state of the advanced Rhino.Options.FileSettings.WriteLocalTempFileWhenSaving option in both Rhino 7 and Rhino 8 to make sure they are set the same.
