If I SaveAs, select an existing file to grab its name (say test.3dm), then change the Save as type to another format (so now it is test.dwg) I will be told test.dwg already exists (it does not), do I want to replace it.

Hi Sam - Hm - so far I do not see this behavior here.
I make a box, Save as Junk.3dm, then SaveAs, find Junk.3dm and then change the file type so that it says junk.dwg and finish - no questions other than those related the dwg file type options. Does that test what you’re reporting?

Sorry, export, not saveAs. SaveAs I do not see the warning, export I do.
