Save frames as HDR

#1

Little request to allow saving frames as HDR, I’m using iRay so I can pull the frames out of the iRay render cache folder, but it would be preferably not to have to.

Jim,

Bongo supports output as HDR, but in order to read out if those none standard file formats are supported by the render, Bongo checks for it in the RDK. If there’s no info there, Bongo just gives you the standard options of bmp, jpg, tif, tga and png.
You can check for example by using the Rhino Renderer as the target renderer it should give you the HDR option.
If you’d like iRay to support HDR in Bongo, please ask their development team to contact us. We can tell them what to add in order to make this option available.
