Save Changes warning for printing

Opening a file, printing it and closing Rhino now prompts to save changes,

Hi Lowell -
I see this on both Rhino 7 and the WIP.
It doesn’t happen when you use the SaveAs workflow that, I hope, will replace Print in Rhino 8.

@wim It came from the sentence above, bolding added. Did you mean “will replace Save in Rhino 8”

Hi David -
I hope that, sooner rather than later, when one runs Print, the code that is behind the SaveAs command gets used instead of what is being used now. For that to happen, that code needs to get access to hardware devices that can be used to “print” things.
Many of the bugs or requests that have been recorded for the Print command have long been fixed or implemented in SaveAs / Export to create PDF and SVG files.
Not sure if that clears things up?
