@robinp this thread has gotten really confusing for me. Several times you’ve said things like “whether I open it from Synology or Desktop” - because of this, I’m going to pause investigation of working with our Synology until Nathan has more details.

Also - are you able to reproduce this problem with the same models on different computers?

Can you reproduce the problem when opening from the desktop on those other computers?
