Ruffled/Puffy Fabric - Can Anyone Help?

Hello,

Does anyone know if it’s possible to create ruffled or puffy fabric in Rhino 7?

I tried the drape, loft and caged edit tools but can’t seem to get anything to look like I want. I’ve attached a picture to show of the type of thing I’m looking to re-create in Rhino.

If anyone has anything they know which could steer me in the right direction, I’d be so grateful.

That’s definitely a job for SubD tools in Rhino7!
