RS Modeless dialogue disappears when grid clicked

Hi,

With reference to : https://github.com/mcneel/rhinoscript/blob/master/ModelessHtmlBox.htm

Is there a way to stop a modeless dialogue from disappearing when the grid is clicked ?

To bring the dialogue back I need to click on the title bar.

I just tested the script (in Rhino 5 SR10 x64), and I am unable to make the modeless HTML dialog “disappear” (without closing it). Perhaps I am missing something?

This occurs when running the rvb file through the script editor ( EditScript )
