Hello - as far as I can see it is not in there - nor in V6/WIP, that I can see. Thanks for pointing it out.

Gumball preferences should now be available in Rhinoceros > Preferences > Modeling Aids > Gumball in the latest RhinoWIP for Rhino 6 for Mac.
