Rotate using the XYZ vector

Hello,
I want to obtain the same result in the second solution. If I rotate on the x and Y axis, it works but when I turn on the z axis more, it doesn’t work.

one way could be, for each Frame to create the different rotation transformations (A) then compound them together into a single transformation (B) and apply that to the initial Frame (C)
